These terms explain how we work with construction business owners.
Proposal Validity
This proposal and pricing remain valid for 60 days from the date of issue. Scope, project milestones, and pricing estimates may be re-evaluated after this period or if business requirements change materially during discovery.
Intellectual Property Rights
All custom application code, specific workflow configurations, and client datasets created for your business belong exclusively to you upon full milestone payment. Nirmana360 retains proprietary ownership of its core platform frameworks, underlying software architecture, and pre-trained AI models.
Mutual Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all shared business operations, financial metrics, site details, and technical documentation under an executed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
Data Protection & Security
Nirmana360 enforces enterprise-grade security standards across all site data — including AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 encryption in transit. Role-based access controls and immutable audit trails ensure that sensitive project metrics remain protected.
Support & Annual Maintenance (AMC)
Dedicated 24/7 technical support, infrastructure monitoring, system updates, and security patches are provided under a signed Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC). Standard support guarantees quick response times for critical site issues.
Scope Change Management
Any feature requests or functional modifications beyond the initially agreed project specification are evaluated through a formal Change Request process. You will receive a clear assessment of cost and schedule impacts before work commences.
Payment Terms & Billing
Billing follows an agreed milestone schedule with standard 30-day payment terms. Detailed payment stages are agreed upon at project initiation, and an advance mobilization payment is required prior to Phase 1 setup.
Warranty & Defects Liability
All software deployments include a 6-month post-launch warranty covering software bug fixes, performance tuning, and minor configuration adjustments at no extra charge. Extended support is maintained seamlessly under the AMC.
